Using public sources and industry databases, create & maintain an relevant, up-to- date, easy-to-use information base on Clients, Competition, and BPO Industry.

Good working knowledge of MS Outlook & Excel.

Ability to successfully use internet to research on target list of accounts and key stakeholders of interest to Wipro BPO.
